1. Parties & effective date. This Membership Agreement (“Agreement”) is between Reformed Finch [legal entity, state] (“Reformed Finch,” “we”) and the organization identified in your signup profile (“Member,” “you”), effective on the date of electronic signature.

2. Definitions. Key terms include “Network,” “Membership,” “Plan” (Greenfinch / Rosefinch / Goldfinch), “Suites” (Flight Form, Books, Time), “Member Data,” “Confidential Information,” and “Fees.”

3. Membership & eligibility. Membership is open to small, community-based institutions, including churches, nonprofits, and similar organizations. Member affirms it is such an organization and that the signer is authorized to bind it.

4. Services & suites. Reformed Finch will provide the Plan and Suites selected by the Member. Suite scope, service levels, and tier inclusions are described in Schedule A.

5. Term, renewal & cancellation. Initial term of one (1) year from the effective date, automatically renewing for successive one-year terms unless either party gives written notice at least 30 days before renewal.

6. Fees & payment. Member pays the Plan fee shown at signup, billed annually (or the monthly equivalent). Scholarships or charter-member discounts, where granted, are noted on the Member’s record.

7. Member responsibilities. Member will provide accurate, timely information (including financial and payroll data needed to deliver the Suites), designate a primary contact, and use the Services lawfully and as intended.

8. Data, confidentiality & privacy. Each party protects the other’s Confidential Information. Reformed Finch handles Member Data — including financial and payroll information — only to provide the Services, consistent with the Privacy Policy and applicable law, and will not sell Member Data.

9. Acceptable use. Member will not misuse the Services, attempt to access other members’ data, or use the Network to violate law or harm others.

10. Intellectual property. Reformed Finch retains rights to its platform, materials, and templates; Member retains rights to its own data and content, and receives a limited license to use the Services during membership.

11. Disclaimers & limitation of liability. Services (including Flight Form assessments) are provided for the Member’s decision-making and are not a guarantee of outcomes. Liability limits are set out in the final agreement.

12. Dispute resolution & governing law. Governed by the laws of [state], with negotiation, mediation or arbitration, and venue as specified in the final agreement.

13. Modifications. Reformed Finch may update this Agreement or Schedule A with notice; continued membership constitutes acceptance, subject to applicable law.

14. Electronic signature & acceptance. By signing electronically, Member agrees to this Agreement and consents to electronic records and signatures. The signature record includes signer name, title, organization, timestamp, and audit trail.
